Bob Collard

Bob, Bobby or Bobbles as he was affectionately known, started life off in the UK, in a puppy farm in Wales. He was rescued by us when he was estimated to be around 6 weeks old. He came back to England and was nurtured by his big sister Jess, a collie x, they played, slept and walked together like little and large. 

Despite his size, Bob was in charge, but he was the most affectionate, chilled out dog you would meet. But when he wanted something he would let you know, like to go out for a walk or just get a treat at 5am in the morning!! Bob was very well travelled and even though he only had little legs he wanted to come on those long walks and not miss out, this sometimes meant carrying him part of it which wasn’t always an easy task! He was well traveled, has camped by the banks of the Mississippi, swam in the Gulf of Mexico and observed beautiful countryside from the top of the Wisconsin hills, to name but a few. Our son would call and his first words would be, where’s Bobbles, then they would FaceTime together.

 Bob was not just a dog, he was a treasured part of the family who we will miss everyday.
